Data and supplementary material accompanying the paper “Machine-Assisted Evidence Mapping with Per-Stratum Certified Recall: Patient-Facing Generative AI in Cardiology” (IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics). This version supersedes the preliminary deposit (study protocol) and adds the certification sample with the human reference labels, the full screening dataset with the LLM judge’s decisions, the judge cache, the corpus of 147 included studies, the topic-modelling results (eleven themes), and the capture–recapture fit, together with the supplementary material (Sections S1–S8). The 147 included studies are organised by clinical use case and by an eleven-theme BERTopic partition. The analysis source code is withheld by the authors. All files are documented in README.txt.
