资源简介:

An updated catalog of freshly formed Martian impact sites, extending the work of Daubar et al. (2022) and Neidhart et al. (2023). This version includes newly discovered sites and supplements existing clusters with sub-meter scale craters (< 1 m). The dataset includes an archive of individual crater measurements for each impact site. These measurements were conducted using the JMARS information system, providing high-precision coordinates (planetocentric latitude (°N) and longitude (°E)) and diameters for every detected crater. Craters are organized in descending order by size. Accompanying the crater measurements is a summary catalog detailing the primary characteristics of each crater or cluster. This table includes HiRISE image ID, coordinates of the center of corresponding HIRISE image, total number of craters, and such metrics as the elevation altitude, effective diameter and the diameter of the largest fragment. Furthermore, for clusters the dataset incorporates the dispersion, defined as the mean pairwise distance between constituent craters.
