The data for producing Figures 1-5 are saved in the files from "figure1_data.mat" to "figure5_data.mat", respectively, which can be restored by the MATLAB procedure ''load''. The fields "Jnpeak", "cdr" and "kdr" of the struct "data" store the data of the first peak of the square of the <i>n</i>th-order Bessel function, the cold plasma and kinetic dispersion relations, respectively. The fields "kmax" and "wmax" of struct "Jnpeak" store the normalized wavenumber and wave frequency of the first peak of the square of the <i>n</i>th-order Bessel function, respectively. The fields "kk" and "wr" of struct "cdr" store the normalized wavenumber and wave frequency of the cold plasma dispersion relation, respectively. The fields "kk", "wr" and "wi" of struct "kdr" store the normalized wavenumber, wave frequency, growth rate of the kinetic dispersion relation, respectively.
