Cells incorporating dihexadecyl PE-PEG1500-TNP were incubated for 10 min at 37oC with fluorescein-labeled folate and Alexa555-anti-DNP antibody, stripped of surface-bound fluorescent molecules and fixed. The widefield image shown represents internalized folate. The ROI shown in Figure 6M/N of the published paper is found in the upper middle region of this image.
