This dataset comprises the raw Illumina RNA sequencing data from<i> Medicago sativa </i>samples not treated with FPX (CK) for a period of 2 days. The data supports our study entitled 'Fipexide rapidly induces callus formation in <i>M.sativa </i>by regulating small auxin up-regulated RNA (<i>SAUR</i>) genes'.
