Microsatellite genotypes from non-invasive monitoring of hazel dormouse

This dataset contains individual multilocus genotypes of the hazel
dormouse (Muscardinus avellanarius), obtained through non-invasive
sampling in the Agri Valley (Basilicata, southern Italy) during May–August
2023. The tab-delimited file includes individual sample metadata
(sample ID, trapping and sampling dates, locality, geographic coordinates,
positional uncertainty, and species identification) and allele calls for
seven microsatellite loci, with missing data coded as “NA”. The
dataset is suitable for reuse in population genetics, non-invasive
sampling validation, and future conservation monitoring program designs.
All personal or sensitive information has been excluded. The dataset is
released under a CC0 license, ensuring unrestricted reuse; however, we
request that you provide proper acknowledgment of the authors.
