Mus musculus Transcriptome or Gene expression

Male C57BL/6J mice that weighed 22-24g were randomly assigned to four groups with 8 mice in each group as follows: (1) Sham-operated mice with normal saline (Sham); (2) UUO mice with normal saline (UUO); (3) UUO mice treated with GP (50mg/kg). (4) Sham-operated mice treated with GP (50mg/kg). The mice were sacrificed, and the kidneys and blood were collected at days 10 after surgery. To elucidate how GP improved the kidney fibrosis, UUO group, and GP group were selected to perform transcriptome sequencing analysis. Three biological replicates were used in each group.
