AR function is altered by polyglutamine expansion and by SUMO

We used microarrays to confirm and demonstrate loss of AR function from polyQ expansion and to test the degree to which AR function is altered by preventing polyQ AR SUMOylation.本研究利用微阵列（microarrays）技术，验证并阐明了多聚谷氨酰胺（polyQ）扩增导致的雄激素受体（Androgen Receptor, AR）功能丧失，并探究了阻断携带多聚谷氨酰胺扩增的雄激素受体的小泛素样修饰（SUMOylation）后，该受体功能改变的具体程度。
