The zip file contains one non-proprietary database in SQLite format out of the four databases used for the realisation of the GlobaLISe project.
regpat_2019.db contains 22 tables with aggregate data by country and year extracted, combined or calculated from microdata on patent applications and citations, and their applicants and inventors, whose source is the Worldwide Patent Statistical Database of the European Patent Office (EPO-PATSTAT), and the REGPAT Database (which is based on EPO-PATSTAT) produced and made freely available to researchers by the OECD. The calculated data include various types of centralities and distances of networks of patent citations and joint applications.
