存储一件事申报办理中产生的材料附件相关的业务数据；由一件事申报人员填报，在办件申报过程中，申报人员需根据事项库定义的事项材料清单提交上传材料附件文件，该表存储材料附件的材料标识，文件标识，文件名称等信息，用于标识材料和附件的关联关系，可以理解为办件收取材料时用户在同一个材料下上传多个附件，该表就会存储多条数据

This table stores business data related to material attachments generated during the declaration and processing of a single service application. It is completed by declarants applying for such single service items. During the application declaration and processing phase, declarants are required to submit and upload material attachment files in accordance with the service item material list defined in the item library. This table stores information such as material ID, file ID, and file name, which is used to identify the association between materials and their corresponding attachments. Specifically, when a user uploads multiple attachments under the same material during the material collection stage of application processing, this table will generate multiple corresponding records.
