Dataset: Multi-omics profiling of HIV-1-mediated epigenetic silencing in primary CD4⁺ T cells
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains multi-omics profiling data investigating HIV-1-mediated epigenetic silencing of innate immune genes. The resource includes: ChIRP-seq data mapping HIV-1 LTR RNA-chromatin interactions ChIP-seq data for H3K27me3 and EZH2 histone modifications RNA-seq data from primary CD4⁺ T cells and patient cohorts Clinical transcriptomic profiles from 105 participants (chronic HIV-1 patients, long-term non-progressors, and healthy controls) Experimental details: Primary CD4⁺ T cells were infected with HIV-1 NL4-3. DNA:RNA hybrid immunoprecipitation (DRIP-qPCR) validated R-loop formation at IFNG, IL2, and CXCL10 promoters. Data reveal HIV-1 LTR RNA-driven recruitment of PRC2/EZH2 complex and H3K27me3-mediated epigenetic silencing. Applications: Epigenetics research, viral pathogenesis studies, innate immunity regulation, and therapeutic target identification.
