Transcriptome analysis of the antiviral mechanism of Dihydromyricetin against Bovine Herpesvirus type 1

To investigate the antiviral mechanism of Dihydromyricetin against Bovine Herpesvirus type 1 (BHV-1), we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing. Bovine turbinate (BT) cells were divided into two main experimental groups: the viral infection group (BHV-1 only) and the drug treatment group (BHV-1 infected and treated with DHM). Total RNA was extracted to analyze the gene expression changes and identify key signaling pathways involved in the antiviral activity of DHM.
