Tfr cells are a Foxp3+CD4+ Treg subpopulation found within germinal centers. Here we determine the TRA (T receptor alpha) usage of Tfr cells from TCR-restricted 1D2beta mice, eleven days after immunization with OVA, and compared with the TRA usage of Tfh and Treg cells. The TRA repertoires of activated CD4 (Tact) and non-activated CD4 (Tconv) cells were also sequenced.
