Comparison of Yeast-Derived Commercial Feed Additives on Salmonella Enteritidis Survival and Microbiota Populations in Rooster Cecal In Vitro Incubations

Yeast-derived products have potential benefits to the poultry industry by reducing Salmonella infection and improving production parameters. The aim of this study was to test various yeast-derived products on Salmonella Enteritidis infection in rooster ceca and their effects on the rooster cecal microbiome.
