Derived data and analysis scripts for "Orthobiologics in Sports Medicine: Web of Science Core Collection Bibliometrics Validated in Scopus and PubMed"

This repository contains derived aggregate tables, supplementary methods, search strategy materials where permitted, therapy classification documentation, non-proprietary figures, and analysis scripts supporting a bibliometric and scientometric analysis of orthobiologics in sports medicine. Raw Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus exports are not redistributed because they are subject to database licensing restrictions. PubMed metadata are publicly accessible through NCBI/PubMed. Version 1.1 (2026-08-08) adds the locked Python analysis scripts (therapy classification, tables, and figure rendering), repairs the therapy_term_dictionary.csv field-column header, confirms VOSviewer 1.6.20 in tool_versions.md, aligns Table 4 wording with the revised manuscript, and replaces Figure 1 with the corrected parallel-design workflow diagram.
