In this study, a novel Compton camera prototype based on a monolithic GAGG crystal was developed. The performance of its scatter and absorption detectors, including energy resolution and position resolution, was evaluated. Using this prototype, the position of a radioactive point source was reconstructed, and its spatial resolution was determined.
