Non-parametric correlation (Spearman's rho, r) was used to correlate clinical features (CARS, CARS activity item and Age) and biochemical data in the Autistic children group. Non-parametric ANOVA was used for Cognitive/developmental impairment level. MUFA, monounsaturated fatty acids; PUFA; polyunsaturated fatty acids; SFA, saturated fatty acids. p: significant; p highly significant.pFDR: Benjamini and Hochberg False Discovery Rate (FDR) corrected p-values.
