Incorporation of Latvian gastric cancer patients and control cohorts into the international epidemiological StoP project

The data files contain information on patients with gastric cancer (data.csv) and healthy control group (data_control_group.csv), who had agreed be a part of The University of Latvia (LU) biobank.
It contains information on patients' epidemiological data (age, sex, weight, height, personal and family anamnesis of cancer),
cancer data (stage, localization in the stomach), treatment and laboratory tests.
