DFN Generation Samples through WGAN-GP
This dataset contains DFN generation samples through wasserstein generative adversarial network with gradient penalty (WGAN-GP). WGAN-GP models were trained with synthetic DFNs that follow the widely acknowledged statistical distributions of fracture location, length and orientation, and realistic DFNs geologically mapped from outcrops.
Generation Samples of Synthetic DFN
The file 'Synthetic.zip' contains generation samples of the synthetic DFNs. The subfolders within it present the analysis results (including fracture location, length and orientation) of the training data ('groundtruth') and generation data (from different latent dimensionalities, i.e, 4, 8, 16 and 32).
groundtruth.npz: analysis result of the training data.
4.npz: analysis result of the generation data when latent dimensionality is 4.
8.npz: analysis result of the generation data when latent dimensionality is 8.
16.npz: analysis result of the generation data when latent dimensionality is 16.
32.npz: analysis result of the generation data when latent dimensionality is 32.
Generation Samples of Outcrop DFN
The file 'Outcrop.zip' contains generation samples of the realistic DFNs mapped from outcrops. The subfolders within it present generation results of different outcrop cases (from different latent dimensionalities, i.e, 2, 4, 8 and 16).
