Wisconsin Nurse Aide Training Programs

This dataset contains locations and attributes of Nurse Aide Training Programs approved by the state of Wisconsin. The data is used for planning, management and analysis by Wisconsin Department of Health Services staff and other government agencies. Nurse Aide Training Programs are training sites/programs/instructors approved by the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) to train certified nursing assistants (CNAs) that will have the credentials needed to work in DQA-regulated health care facilities such as nursing homes. They can be affiliated with/run by licensed health care facilities or stand-alone programs.
