Fetal origin of sex-bias brain aging [RNA-seq]

In this study, gene expression of brain from postnatal (day 5) and aging (week 70) mice (C57BL/6J) was profiled. The data was used to infer transcriptional network of genes associated with epigenetic clock and GnRHR pathway in the brain. The results of this study suggested that brain aging originated early-in life. RNA-seq of C57BL/6J mice (postnatal day 5 and week 70) brain.

本研究对出生后第5天及70周龄的C57BL/6J小鼠脑组织进行了基因表达谱分析。本研究利用该数据推断了大脑中与表观遗传时钟(epigenetic clock)及促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRHR)通路相关基因的转录网络。研究结果表明,大脑衰老起源于生命早期。本数据集包含C57BL/6J小鼠出生后第5天及70周龄脑组织的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据。
