Data and analysis scripts for: Physical Controls on Upper-Ocean Nutrient Flux and Primary Production Associated with Kuroshio Path Variability off Southern Japan

This archive contains the processed model outputs and analysis scripts used to generate the figures and supporting analyses for the JGR-Oceans manuscript: “Physical Controls on Upper-Ocean Nutrient Flux and Primary Production Associated with Kuroshio Path Variability off Southern Japan" by Gaku Namazue, Yusuke Uchiyama, Xu Zhang, and Eiji Masunaga. The archive contains three files only: README.txt, scripts.tgz, and datafile_v2.tgz. After downloading, extract both tar archives to create the script/ and datafile_v2/ directories. The package is designed to reproduce the manuscript figures and supporting analyses using MATLAB in a standalone environment. The script archive contains the MATLAB programs for the main figures, Supporting Information figures, skill calculations, cross-correlation analyses, and helper functions. The data archive contains the processed and intermediate files required by those scripts, including ROMS grid files, EOF outputs, figure-ready MAT files, and model-evaluation comparison data. The archive does not include the full raw model output. Instead, it provides the processed products needed for figure-level reproducibility in a compact and portable form.
