Apparatus to the paper "Dating the Birth of Jesus: The Narrowest Defensible Window, with the Cost of the Alternatives" (Henk Visser, September 2026). It contains the machine-readable base register behind the paper and the code that runs the constraint space. Link to the paper: https://www.academia.edu/175747380/Dating_the_Birth_of_Jesus_The_Narrowest_Defensible_Window_with_the_Cost_of_the_Alternatives Contents. logigram.py encodes the constraints as predicates, runs out the variable space and yields the birth-year windows per chain, the kill matrix and the costs for run A (freestanding), run B-consistent (coupled) and run B-strict (withdrawn); logigram_output.json is its output. data_register.csv (3,506 rows) is the base register: one row per line and mark harvested from the working notes, each carrying its mark — seen firsthand, calculated, transmitted, construed, or not seen. entries.csv (594), candidate_constraints.csv (227), authors.csv (49) and conventions.csv (10) carry the entries, the candidate constraints, the author frequencies and the degrees of freedom. Reproduction. Running "python3 logigram.py" reproduces Appendix A.1 and Appendix C of the paper: run A 124 cells alive and 128 dead; run B-consistent 149 and 607; run B-strict 125 and 631. Column names and controlled vocabularies are in English; the free text of the notes is in Dutch and is left as written.
