Human dental pulp stem cells have been proposed as promising stem cells for regenerative therapies. However, incomplete understanding regarding the regulation of their differentiation has limited their clinical use. These are the supplementary files of a systematic review study conducted to determine the regulatory effect of the miRNAs and their expression profile in the differentiation of dental pulp stem cells. Supplementary File S1 represents the complete list of identified KEGG pathways and their related genes. Supplementary File S2 represents the complete list of GO enriched terms and their associated genes within the category of Biological Process. Supplementary File S3 represents the complete list of GO enriched terms and their associated genes within the category of Cellular Component. Supplementary File S4 represents the complete list of GO enriched terms and their associated genes within the category of Molecular Function. Supplementary File S5 represents all protein-protein interactions of the PPI network.
