In this research, the data of the transcriptome sequencing study of the fruit of the C. colocynthis medicinal plant were used in which 83,807 de novo assembly sequences were prepared. The assembled transcripts of the C. colocynthis plant were analyzed to determine the frequency and distribution of microsatellites. From 83807 assembled transcripts using Krait software, 20221 potential microsatellites were found in 15506 transcripts and a total of 3065 primer pairs were identified.
