To characterize the tumor microenvironment (TME) of recurrence-stage high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) at the single cell level, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) for a total of four samples from three patients. This data set includes scRNA-seq read count data and cell type annotations for each sample. Gene expression profiles and cell type annotations of single cells from recurrent tumor tissue from 4 samples of 3 HGSC patients. *************************************************************** Raw files for human/patient samples were not submitted to GEO due to concerns about submitting personally identifiable sequence data for open access. ***************************************************************
