Improving the location accuracy of long-baseline lightning Location networks using PCA and waveform cross-correlation method

The long baseline lightning electromagnetic pulse detection data used in this paper is from the Asia Pacific Lightning Location Network of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, including the lightning event location data recorded by electromagnetic pulse detection stations.
