Comparative global transcriptomic profiling of mild and severe neurotrauma in an in vitro neuronal model

Traumatic brain injury is one of the common cause of adult permanent disability. As its physio-pathological mechanism has yet to be elucidated, by adopting microarray technique we hope to decipher the novel signaling cascades involved, and if different severity of injury would induce any form of neuronal regeneration.创伤性脑损伤（Traumatic Brain Injury）是引发成年人永久性残疾的常见病因之一。鉴于其病理生理机制尚未阐明，本研究拟通过微阵列技术（Microarray Technique），解析其所涉及的新型信号级联反应，并探究不同损伤严重程度是否会诱导各类形式的神经元再生（Neuronal Regeneration）。
