Pancreas Organ Mapping Antibody Panel (OMAP) Using CyCIF to Stain Pancreatic Ganglia

The images and metadata here are a representative dataset for our pancreas Organ Mapping Antibody Panel (OMAP). This OMAP includes 3 CyCIF cycles with 13 total primary antibodies. These include canonical pancreas markers (e.g. INS, GCG, SST) as well as markers to stain pancreatic ganglia (e.g. ELAVL3/4, ChAT, NOS1). Images 6491_PanHead.ome.tiff and 6528_PanTail.ome.tiff represent cycles 1 & 2 and image 6491_PanHead_2.ome.tiff represents cycle 3. See "Image_metadata.xlsx" for more information.
