本数据集为支撑换电重卡电池系统长寿命耐久性研究构建,基于国家重点研发计划项目开展试验采集。数据采集时间为 2023 年 10 月 16 - 20 日,采集地点位于交通部通县试验场,涵盖坑洼路、扭曲路等 10 余种典型路面。试验对象选取北汽福田的牵引车、自卸车各1台样车,采用 HBM eDAQ 数据采集系统与 50g 加速度传感器,在换电电池系统本体及悬置处布置测点,以 16 路通道同步采集三轴向加速度数据,时间精度达毫秒级。数据预处理采用改进的递归数字滤波法计算冲击响应谱(SRS),基于 Miner 损伤准则与雨流计数法生成疲劳损伤谱(FDS),通过 nCode 软件结合 Basquin 经验模型编制加速等效耐久试验功率谱密度(PSD)谱。质量控制方面,每种工况采集 3 - 5 组数据保证一致性,经车辆厂商与行业专家联合校核验证数据有效性。数据集可用于换电电池系统结构优化、振动试验标准制定及耐久性评估模型训练,为新能源重卡换电技术产业化提供核心数据支撑。数据量1.76GB。
This dataset was constructed to support long-life durability research on battery systems for battery-swapping heavy-duty trucks, and was collected through experiments under the National Key R&D Program of China. The data was collected from October 16 to 20, 2023, at the Tongxian Test Site of the Ministry of Transport, covering more than 10 typical road types including bumpy roads and twisted roads. The test objects were one prototype tractor truck and one prototype dump truck from BAIC Foton. The HBM eDAQ data acquisition system and 50g acceleration sensors were used, with measuring points arranged on the body and suspension mounting positions of the battery-swapping battery system. Triaxial acceleration data was synchronously collected through 16 channels, with a time accuracy reaching the millisecond level. For data preprocessing, the improved recursive digital filtering method was adopted to calculate the Shock Response Spectrum (SRS). The Fatigue Damage Spectrum (FDS) was generated based on Miner's damage criterion and the rain-flow counting method. The Power Spectral Density (PSD) spectrum for accelerated equivalent durability tests was compiled using nCode software combined with the Basquin empirical model. In terms of quality control, 3 to 5 sets of data were collected for each working condition to ensure consistency, and the validity of the data was jointly verified by vehicle manufacturers and industry experts. This dataset can be applied to structural optimization of battery-swapping battery systems, formulation of vibration test standards and training of durability assessment models, providing core data support for the industrialization of battery-swapping technology for new energy heavy-duty trucks. The total data volume is 1.76 GB.
