资源简介:
Illumina whole-genome sequences of 307 natural populations of the grass Bromus tectorum. Genotypes were obtained from single-mother plants in the field or from the USDA-GRIN, and subsequently grown in a growth chamber experiment under controlled conditions at Penn State University. These populations span the native (Eurasia) and invaded ranges (mostly North America, and a few from Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea). Sequencing projects were performed in two consecutive years (2021 and 2022), as seeds from populations around the globe became available. Illumina sequencing was carried out at TxGen, the Texas A&M AgriLife Genomics and Bioinformatics Service for 303 genotypes. Four genotypes were sequenced by the DOE Joint Genome Institute; proposal ID: 506608. Mapped reads were aligned to the Bromus tectorum reference genome (Revolinski et al, 2023).
