针对塑壳断路器操作失效率进行测试,记录合格判定数、截尾失效数、截尾次数、试验截止时间、试品数以及失效产品的序号及相关试验次数等数据,通过分析测试数据可以及时对塑壳断路器操作失效率等级进行验证,评价塑壳断路器的可靠性。企业可以通过这些数据对生产过程中有的放矢地控制产品的质量,提高批量产品的可靠性水平,并且通过对失效产品进行分析寻找造成产品失效的因素,从而采取相应的措施来提高产品的可靠性水平。一、数据采集,针对塑壳断路器的若干样品进行可靠性试验准备工作,比如记录断路器的额定工作参数如额定电流,试验的环境条件如温湿度,试验仪器的工作条件,如负载性质等。 二、分别针对塑壳断路器的样品进行试验,观察样品是否失效记录失效次数并分析失效原因,数据记录和数据处理方法如下: 1、确定操作失效率等级试验的类别以及操作失效率等级; 2、选择合格判定数Ac,以及截尾失效数 rc,其中截尾失效数 rc=合格判定数Ac+1; 3、根据塑壳式断路器的操作失效率等级试样抽样方案确定截尾次数 Tc; 4、确定试验截止时间tz ,试验截止时间tz应大于机械寿命次数; 5、确定试验样品数n,其中,试验样品数n=截尾次数 Tc/试验截止时间tz+1,四舍五入取整; 6、确定试验样品平均寿命值,平均寿命值=((试验样品数n-相关失效数r)×试验截止时间tz+相关试验次数A+相关试验次数B+相关试验次数C+相关试验次数D)/相关失效数r;以及操作失效率的点估计值,操作失效率=1/平均寿命值。 7、操作失效率修正,当操作失效率点估计值大于最大失效率,则降低操作失效率等级,反之不降低。

This dataset is used for testing the operating failure rate of Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), recording data including acceptance number, censored failure count, censored times, test termination time, number of test specimens, serial numbers of failed products and their corresponding test times, etc. By analyzing the test data, the operating failure rate level of MCCBs can be verified in a timely manner, and the reliability of MCCBs can be evaluated. Enterprises can use this data to precisely control product quality during production, improve the reliability level of batch products, analyze failed products to identify the root causes of failures, and then take corresponding measures to enhance product reliability. 1. Data Collection: Conduct reliability test preparation for multiple samples of MCCBs, such as recording the rated operating parameters of circuit breakers (e.g., rated current), environmental conditions during the test (e.g., temperature and humidity), and operating conditions of test instruments (e.g., load characteristics). 2. Test and Data Processing: Conduct tests on each MCCB sample respectively, observe whether the sample fails, record the number of failures, and analyze the failure causes. The data recording and data processing methods are as follows: 1. Determine the category of the operating failure rate level test and the operating failure rate level; 2. Select the acceptance number (Ac) and the censored failure count (rc), where rc = Ac + 1; 3. Determine the censored times (Tc) based on the sampling plan for specimens of MCCB operating failure rate level; 4. Determine the test termination time t_z, which should be greater than the number of mechanical life cycles; 5. Determine the number of test specimens n, where n = round(Tc / t_z + 1), rounded to the nearest integer; 6. Determine the average life value of test specimens: average life = [(n - r) × t_z + Relevant Test Times A + Relevant Test Times B + Relevant Test Times C + Relevant Test Times D] / r; and the point estimate of the operating failure rate: operating failure rate = 1 / average life value; 7. Operating failure rate correction: If the point estimate of the operating failure rate is greater than the maximum allowable failure rate, lower the operating failure rate level; otherwise, do not lower it.
