ddradseq dataset of Farfantepenaeus brasiliensis

This dataset contains ddRADseq genomic reads generated for the pink shrimp Farfantepenaeus brasiliensis, an ecologically and commercially important species widely distributed along the Western Atlantic. The dataset was developed to investigate genetic structure, gene flow, and demographic history across major oceanographic barriers along the Brazilian coast. Some of the sequencing reads were not successfully obtained or were excluded after quality control filtering.
