This folder contains the code for creating the figure 3 and 4. This code has been used for quantifying the force on a closed bond considering the general model and the theoretical approximation of force using the continuum approximation (Figure 3 A and B) and the small l approximation and the local model (Figure 4 A, B and C). The notebook contains the simulation code, relavant parameters, theoretical approximations and plotting functions.
