资源简介:
Members of the Fusarium solani species complex (FSSC) are important seed and soil-borne pathogens that colonize the soybean spermosphere and can cause pre- and post-emergence seedling disease. This study generated high-quality genome assemblies and annotations for two pathogenic FSSC isolates recovered from soybean, using long-read (Oxford Nanopore) and short-read (Illumina) sequencing. In addition, RNA-seq transcriptome data were produced for one isolate during growth in soybean seed extract, providing evidence for gene prediction and insights into transcriptional responses to spermosphere-derived cues. These genomic and transcriptomic resources expand the understanding of Fusarium pathogenicity in the spermosphere and contribute to studies of host-microbe interactions during soybean seedling establishment.
