Direct RNA sequencing data for human cell line k562 with ~10% sequins, a spike-in reference standard. <br>Generated on 22 November 2017 using 500ng total RNA extracted from k562 cells and 50ng of RNA sequins Mix A (final concentration after sample preparation = 1.51 ng/uL). Nanopore MinION flowcell FAH35825 (R9.4 chemistry), displayed 1323 active channels at commencement of run. Sequencing protocol RNA001. Base called with Albacore version 2.1.3.Includes albacore summary statistics (bundled in .tgz) and a generic quality report of the run (.pdf). <br>Sequin reference sequences and expected abundances for Mix A can be found at http://www.sequin.xyz/downloads/<br><br><br><br><br>
