资源简介:
Bacteria isolated from contaminated sites and commercially available bacteria were screened for their polyurethane degrading potential using Mineral Salt Medium agar plates supplemented with Impranil DLN SD and Impranil DL 2077 as carbon sources. Strains with the highest Impranil clearing activity were selected for further screening against more polyurethane model compounds. Most effective strains were sequenced to detect the enzymes responsible for their degrading potential. Amycolatopsis mediterranei ISP5501 can also degrade commercially available polyether and polyester PU materials, reducing the average molecular number of the polymer up to 13.5%.
