资源简介:
The gaseous pollutants treated by biotrickling filters (BTFs) included ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl sulfide. Unlike the previous studies that paid attention to the BTF work performance under normal situations, the primary aim of this study was to investigate the BTF operational stability and the microorganism adaption process in harsh environment. This work evaluated the synergistic bioelimination performance of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methyl sulfide in a long-term BTF. Further, the operational stability of BTF (polypropylene plastic and ceramic raschig rings) was assessed under simulated real production conditions. This study delved into the correlation between nitrous oxide emissions and pressure drop within a specific operation. Moreover, it involved an in-depth analysis of the evolution and distribution of microorganisms in challenging operational conditions, drawing insights from the performance of the Biofiltration (BTF) system. These microbial samples were collected from four stages: recovery from starvation, low temperatue (15), low temperatue (8) , and recovery to 25.
