Enables minus-end-directed microtubule motor activity. Acts upstream of or within minus-end-directed vesicle transport along microtubule and negative regulation of centrosome duplication. Located in endocytic vesicle; nucleus; and spindle. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; genitourinary system; respiratory system; and sensory organ.
