Loessial soil bacterial community structures responses to deep tillage in winter wheat field. Treatments under different tillage methods were used in winter wheat field to investigate their effects on bacterial communities of the loessal soil by using the Illumina HiSeq sequencing technique. An additional objective was to explore the bacterial community structures in five different soil profiles (0 to 100 cm in depth) of the loessal soil.
