we integrated high-resolution spatio-temporal metabolism and transcriptome data to systematically explore a global map of metabolic changes at three major stages of grain development of three color qingke cultivars. Using this dataset, we found a metabolic flux enhancement in flavonoid biosynthesis at grain development process and dissected the underlying regulatory network of grain coloration formation in qingke.
