The n9k-train and n9k-novel datasets were generated using our pipeline, all other datasets were created from CAMI reads. The n9k-train dataset was used for training and validation, while all other datasets were used for testing. Misassemblies are reported as a percent of the total number of contigs in the dataset. Misassemblies length is the sum of misassembled contig lengths divided by the total number of bases.
