The research objective was studying the DNA binding properties of archaeal histones MJ1647 and A3 from Methanocaldococcus jannaschii. We've studied this with tethered particle motion (TPM) and a quantitative DNA bridging assay. This dataset contains the raw data of obtained root mean squared displacement (TPM), end-to-end distances (TPM) and percentage DNA recovery (DNA bridging assay).

本研究的目标为探究詹氏甲烷球菌(Methanocaldococcus jannaschii)来源的古菌组蛋白(archaeal histones)MJ1647与A3的DNA结合特性。本研究借助束缚粒子运动(tethered particle motion, TPM)技术与定量DNA桥接实验完成了相关分析。本数据集包含实验获得的原始数据,具体包括束缚粒子运动实验测得的均方根位移(root mean squared displacement, TPM)、末端到末端距离(end-to-end distances, TPM),以及DNA桥接实验测得的DNA回收率百分比。
