Plink callsets from: (1) ancient and modern whole genome canids from Plassais <i>et al.</i>, 2019; Bergström <i>et al.</i>, 2020; Zhang <i>et al.</i>, 2020; Bergström <i>et al.</i>, 2022; Field <i>et al.</i>, 2022; Ballard <i>et al.</i>, 2023, Souilmi <i>et al.</i>, 2024 and Scarsbrook <i>et al., </i>2025, called on 19 million biallelic transversions (Canids_19M_Tvs); (2) ancient and modern dingoes and modern dogs from Zhang <i>et al.</i>, 2020; Field <i>et al.</i>, 2022; Ballard <i>et al.</i>, 2023; Cairns<i> et al</i>., 2023, Souilmi <i>et al.</i>, 2024 and Scarsbrook <i>et al., </i>2025, called on 190 thousand biallelic SNPs (Canis_190K); (3) a merged call set producing 46 thousand biallelic transversions (intersection) from the above two call-sets (Canids_46K_Tvs), and (4) Only ancient and modern dingoes from (2) that have introgressed alleles masked and related individuals removed. <br>
