In this study, cells from K562 human cell line were prepared using Chromium (10X Genomics) scRNA-seq method that was modified to yield full length cDNA libraries to be sequenced on a PromethION instrument (Oxford Nanopore Technologies) using chemistries R10.4.1 and R9.4.1. Three different methods for obtaining full length were tested: FLT-seq (Tian et al. (2021)), SQK-PCS111 (ONT) and EXP-PCA001 (ONT).
