VPRS 11161 List of Circulars

The series comprises an annual List of Circulars issued which was created by the Department of Management and Budget (VA 1022) in order to update and summarise the information contained in the Index to Circulars (refer to VPRS 11160). Copies of the circulars issued are located in VPRS 10993.The List contains a chronological summary of circulars issued within each year by the Department of the Treasury (VA 865) during the period 1934 to 1982 and later on by the Department of Management and Budget between 1982 and 1985.The circulars were issued to the Permanent Heads of Departments and relate to various accounting, personnel and other administrative matters.This series provides information about circulars dating back to 1934 and contains the following details:circular numberregistered numberdate of issuesubject covered in the circular.Inside the cover of the volume there is a subject index.
