Data used to generate Supplementary Table 12. This dataset accompanies the manuscript:“Extensive variation between chromosomes of North American and European hop” Overview on annotated genes of the prenyltransferase (PT), polyketide synthase (PK), and terpene synthase (TPS) classes, including gene family association, functional annotation, and phase-specific expression during cone development. For phase-specific expression, differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2, with statistical significance assessed using the Wald test (two-sided), and p-values adjusted for multiple testing using the Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate (FDR) correction.
