Single cell analysis of immune ecology in patients with refractory ITP before and after splenectomy

A total of nine ITP patients with splenectomy were enrolled in this study. These included 5 patients who responded to splenectomy and 4 patients who did not respond to splenectomy. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected before and 1 year after surgery, and spleen mononuclear cells were collected during surgery for single-cell immune repertoire sequencing. At the same time, peripheral blood of 6 healthy control and spleen of 4 traumatic patients were collected as normal controls.
