High-Resolution Contrast Enhanced Multi-Phase Hepatic Computed Tomography Data from a Porcine Radio-Frequency Ablation Study
收藏资源简介:
Contrast-enhanced (CE) computed tomography (CT) scans of 57 porcine livers, acquired at the highest available scanner resolution (sub-millimetre voxel size) during induced respiratory arrest. Three CE-CT phases were acquired per animal: arterial (hepatic arteries), portal venous (portal vein tree) and venous (hepatic veins), which allows highly accurate reconstruction of the hepatic vessel trees. Several scans were acquired during Radio-Frequency Ablation (RFA) experiments, so many datasets also show artificially induced hepatic lesions, which can be used to evaluate structure detection and segmentation methods. The acquisition procedure and the peculiarities of the data are described in the accompanying ISBI 2014 paper (doi:10.1109/ISBI.2014.6867814). Each archive PigNN.rar contains one folder with three uncompressed NIfTI-1 volumes, one per phase (*_arterial.nii, *_pv.nii, *_venous.nii). The capitalisation of folder and file names varies between archives; see Readme.txt for details.
