A user identifying a dataset in the Dataset Catalog and leaving the site using that dataset's link on the Citation page counts as an Outbound Repository Link. The Dataset Catalog (beta) is a catalog of biomedical datasets from various repositories for users to search, discover, retrieve, and connect with datasets to accelerate scientific research.
